How to use Turmeric & Baking soda to make your teeth whiter

Orange bicarbonate

Hello my readers! Finally. I managed to start writing about beauty tips. I have a lot of materials but not enough time. ūüôā

First, I want to thank all of you for feed back and support it means to me a lot. I’m still baby here and my goal is to help many people with healthy life style, so my wish is to keep growing.¬†

I used to work in beauty saloons and Spa over 8 years. There I learned about every facial cream, tonic, milk, peeling or mask. My work as a beautician and tooth-whitener, gave me opportunity to understand better how expensive it is for a woman to pay for the treatment and to buy good quality products every month.

As a beauty therapist, they always asked me the same question. How can keep taking skincare in cheaper way? Well, I’m always saying that everything what eat, can use for your skin. It doesn’t mean that you can put whatever on your face but mostly fruits, vegetables and some spices¬†you can.¬†

Today, I will talk about Turmeric, Baking soda and the Orange peel. Did you know that Turmeric gives you amazing benefits for your skin, hair, and health? But did you know that Turmeric is excellent to makes your teeth whiter?

First step: Clean your teeth with Baking soda. (Baking soda will remove all stains from food and nicotine).

Second step: Mix Turmeric and Coconut oil in small cup. Swish the oil in your mouth for 15-20 minutes making sure it covers all the areas of your teeth and gums. DO NOT gargle. Try to not swallow the mixture. Spit out the oil. Rinse out your mouth with warm water. Do this every day or few times a week. (Turmeric is very good antibacterial agent and Coconut oil has antimicrobial properties which help to get rid of plaque and bacterial on the teeth and gums).

The orange peel can use every time you eat them. Just rub the teeth with the peel. It will remove stains from the teeth.

Have a fresh and bright smile!
