We like to eat some sweets when enjoying  our  morning coffee. That’s our ritual to start the day. It is for a reason. Small pieces of dark chocolate or any healthy sweet piece of cake is good for your brain power, for happiness (helps encourage the production of endorphin), may lower the risk of cardiovascular disease and also helps to growth the muscle.
