We like to eat some sweets when enjoying our morning coffee. That’s our ritual to start the day. It is for a reason. Small pieces of dark chocolate or any healthy sweet piece of cake is good for your brain power, for happiness (helps encourage the production of endorphin), may lower the risk of cardiovascular disease and also helps to growth the muscle. So if you like sweet you can eat but try to eat healthy sweets.
As you know, my cooking is based on healthy and balanced ingredients. My mission is to eat well with all important nutritive values, helps people and save the money. Why to save the money? I’ve been talking a lot last years to the people who needed weight or health assistance. Main problem was the money. So I created all this recipes just to show everyone that it is possible to eat healthy with little money. No excuses!

- 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar ( or brown sugar)
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- handful chocolate chips
Combine ingredients in bowl and pour into parchment lined loaf pan. Preheat oven at 350F or 180C and bake it for one our.
