Hi everyone! Nothing beats the aroma of freshly picked strawberries. I’m a big fun of them. This morning I was inspired to make this yummy strawberry jar with gorgeous sense of Ginger and Vanilla.
Fresh strawberries are one of the most popular, refreshing, and healthy treats on the planet. They also appear to carry a number of health benefits.
The health benefits of strawberries include improved eye care, proper brain function, relief from high blood pressure, reducing the signs of premature aging, arthritis and various cardiovascular diseases. We know that all fruits, particularly berries and those with exotic colors, are rich in antioxidants, which means that they are huge boosters to your health and the protection of your organs from toxic attacks. It is also extremely high in vitamin C! My advice is to eat these delicious fruit as much as you can.
On the bottom of this jar is Chia pudding mixed with Quinoa, so I gave to this smoothie some healthy proteins. Every meal spouse to contain proteins, vitamins, minerals, fibers and carbs to keep your body in good condition. For the first time I add piece of ginger in this combination and believe me, the taste is absolutely fantastic!

Make overnight pudding with 1 tbsp oh Chia seeds, 1/2 tbsp Quinoa and 1/2 cup any plant milk.
- 1 frozen banana
- handful of strawberries
- small piece of Ginger
- 1 cup plant milk ( I used almond)
- pinch of fresh Parsley
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Agave syrup
Place all ingredients into blender and mix till smooth. Serve it together with overnight pudding and top it with sliced Almond.
