If you think cherries taste perfect on their own, you’re in for a pleasant surprise: They also make a ridiculously good smoothie ingredient. This pineapple cherry smoothie takes just minutes to make and is a great nutritional breakfast option.
My whole family loves cherries so we usually buy them each week at the farmers market. I decided to try making a smoothie this year with them and I got the best inflammatory smoothie ever!
Pineapple is a brilliant addition to smoothies if you like them on the sweeter side and it masks the banana flavor very well. Very reach in Vitamin C, natural antioxidant is also needed for synthesizing collagen, which is the main structural protein in the body for healthy blood vessels, organs, skin, and tissue support, heavy metal absorption, and bone strength. Sweet cherries are loaded with potassium, a natural blood-pressure reducer. Potassium balances fluids in our bodies, essentially offsetting the blood-pressure-raising effects of sodium.
