Hi my dears! How you doing so far? Do you feel lazy sometimes? Friends or family is coming for visit and you realizing that you don’t have nothing sweet in the house. It happens to me and that is how I end up with this amazing choco-cookies.
It takes 20 min to prepare and about 1 hour to chill. Everyone asked me how I made them. It looks complicated but actually everyone can do. That is why I wanted to share with you.
The cookies are dairy, gluten and sugar free. Everything you need is dark chocolate (chips) or white if you prefer, some dried fruits and nuts.
Dark chocolate is loaded with nutrients that can positively affect your health. It contains a decent amount of soluble fiber and is loaded with minerals. Eating a variety of dried fruit and nuts provides many healthy vitamins and minerals, fiber, carbohydrates and protein.
- 200g dark chocolate or chips
- handfull dried figs (chopped)
- handfull dried apricots (chopped)
- handfull dried grapes (chopped)
- handfull dried cranberries (chopped)
- handfull chopped various nuts I used sunflower, almond and hazelnut.
Melt the chocolate. On baking paper with the spoon make a small rings. Sprinkle dried fruits and nuts on top of the cookies. Leave it in cold place at least 1 hour to cool down.
