Hi everyone and Happy Easter! Hope you are spending wonderful time with your family! 🙂 Today I decide to write about infused water or detox water just to clean and refresh your body a bit.
If you are trying to lose weight, improve your digestive health, fight inflammation and boost your immune system, by drinking a tall glass of detox water a day, can help you do just that.
When regular water is transformed into delicious detox water by adding fruits, vegetables and herbs, these powerful nutrients will flush toxins from the body.
When making detox water its important to let it sit in the refrigerator for at list two hours before drinking. This will allow the nutrients to seep into the water.
When making detox water, I’m recommend you to not eat the fruits afterwards because it does not have the same flavor.
Benefits of detox water depends of ingredients you use. For this D. water I used lemon, grapefruit, orange and mint. All of them will help you to flush toxins, aids digestion, boost the immune system, rejuvenate the skin, aid weight loss, helps lower cholesterol, high in antioxidants, eases stomachaches, fight depression.
