Quick energy booster

maracuya orange

Hello everyone! Spring is knocking on the door. It all starts awakens and I can’t wait to get some fresh fruits and veggies.

Spring is the season of joy. The whether is perfectly pleasant. Like that feeling  when birds are singing. The sky is clear the wind is refreshing. Every object of Nature looks very beautiful. Flowers bloom. New leaves come out of trees. Spring is neither hot nor cold. It is very good for health. So spring is my favorite season. What is your favorite season?

For the time being, I’m still using tropical fruits. I made this energy booster to awake my body and prepare for daily stress. When I say ‘Stress’ I mean on physical stress. When the body is tired and powerless then is more opportunity for mental stress. This juice is made from the passion fruit (Maracuya), the orange, the kiwi and the ginger.

Passion fruit is a highly nutritious fruit and contains ample of vitamins, antioxidants  and mineral. There is almost no sodium in this fruit but potassium that makes up for 7% of body’s daily need.

What will this juice do? There’s amazing benefits: prevent from cancer, healthy blood pressure level, keep anemia risk away, boost your immune system, healthy cardiovascular system, arthritis, digestion,  prevents kidney stones, etc.

  • 1 Orange
  • 1/2 Passion fruit
  • 1 Kiwi
  • small piece fresh Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric
  • 1 cup water

Blend all ingredients till smooth and juicy. Cheers!
