Hello everyone! Today is day for pumpkin soup! Delicious, tasty, healthy, easy to prepare good idea for the weekend.
After I discover the benefits of pumpkin, I start cooking pumpkin soup and every time I try to prepare it different. My family really like it. This time I transcend myself. The taste is very smooth, light, oriental and little bit picante. Having this soup on your menu you will boost your immune system, help your body after hard workout, protect the skin, help your heart, keep your eyesight sharp, etc.
Tonight we have a big carnival in town and it is a very popular here in the island. Can’t wait to be there! We will dress up in costumes. This time I’m gonna be Cleopatra and my husband Ramses. It will be a lot of fun!

For the soup you will need:
- 400 g pumpkin
- 1 zucchini
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- handful of mushrooms
- 1 l water
- sea salt,splash of Pepper, splash of Turmeric, splash of Chili
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 tsp olive oil
- vegetable cream if you like it
Fry the onion and garlic in a pot for the soup. When is glassy pour the water and veggies to cook. After 15 min reduce the temperature and blend it to make a smooth and juicy. Add the spices and leave it couple of min. Serve the soup with cream and pumpkin seeds. Bon Apetit!
