Take away Breakfast

Hello everyone! Breakfast is very important for begining of the day. As we all living in a rush sometimes we don’t have time to eat properly at home.

This morning I had a little time to make smoothie for take away brekkie. Its absolutely yummy! Every time I’m trying to combine different types of veggies and fruits. That’s also important for your body to absorb other nutritive value.

Mango is one of my fave fruits not only because of it amazing and nutritive ingridients like vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, you can mix it with everything!

So, for todays mix I used:

  1. ½ mango
  2. 1 frozen banana
  3. 1 small carrot
  4. ¼ cup oat meal
  5. 1 tsp aguave syrup
  6. 1 tbsp of mixed seeds
  7. ½ plant milk.

Blend all ingridiants. Topped with almond and strewberry
