Sweet, cold and healthy

Hello everyone! I hope that you all had an exiting Christmas.

Day after Christmas usually I’m bit lazy to wake up early and try to do anything but this morning I woke up early, did my training and decided to make this delicious dessert. It can be meal as well.

This creamy, sweet and fresh meal is full of healthy ingredients which can help you to recover your energy, giving you enough healthy sugar, vitamins, minerals, proteins and antioxidants.

Beginning from the bottom. Together Chia and Quinoa seeds have plenty of fibers, proteins, Omega-3s, calcium, magnesium, zinc. Banana is reach of potassium, vitamin B6, vitamin C, …And at the top ‘His Majesty Kiwi’. This fruit is packed with more vitamin C than an equivalent amount of orange. Kiwifruit can help you to clean toxins from the colon, it can protect your DNA, asthma, cardiovascular health, and protect against macular degeneration.

I hope that this post is helpful and brings health and happiness to your lives.
