Christmas delight

Hello my bloggers! Like every year we have that typically lovely feeling for Christmas Eve, New Year celebration, holidays with family and friends.

Everything beginning from December when we start thinking about those big days. How to make our Christmas tree beautiful, buying presents, making a list, organizing dinner, going to school for yours kid Christmas performance, what to wear, what to cook, where to go…? Yes, the list is long. Between all of that you have your daily routine like a job, kids, partner, pet, gym, yoga, or other hobby. Somehow we have an incredibly good energy and organization to make everything happen in time. Well, when that day come you feel a bit tired. However you will put that beautiful smile on your face and celebrate with your family.

Christmas is coming soon and I was specially inspired for this Chia pudding to give my energy back and ready for celebrations.

All you need is:

  • 1/2 chia seeds
  • 1/2 almond milk
  • 1/2 oat meal
  • 1 tsp  raw cocoa
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 dry figs
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • splash of grated coconut
  • half hand of chopped almond

To make a chia pudding is very easy. All you have to do is overnight chia seeds with almond milk. You can add any sweetener you like. I prefer natural taste and almond milk is also a bit sweet. Mix oat meal with cocoa, maca and bit of milk just to make it juicy. Add to the chia pudding on top. Than add chopped banana and figs. Finish it with chopped almond and splash of coconut. Bon appetit!
