Hello everyone! This morning I prepared this boost-energy fruit salad and I like it a lot! This salad gives me enough energy to finish all my duties during the day! Remember, that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
Since I change to fresh fruits and veggies in the morning instead of that lovely croissant with chocolate cream I feel more energized, thinner, fresh, my ideas are more clear, my stress level is lower and most important I don’t feel that much hungry during the day. So it means that I’m saving money!
In this salad you have a lot of Vitamins A, B group, C, E, K, Minerals calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc, selenium, proteins, fiber and antioxidants. All this nutrients are very important for your body to start in the morning.
Imagine your self as a car and the food you eat as the gas you use on it, do you want your body to last longer right? So I invite you all to have a though on that.
All you need is:
- 1 apple
- 1 kiwi
- 1 small banana
- 1 tangerine
- 1 dry fig
- 3 tbsp of natural yogurt
- handful of chia seeds
- couple of hazelnuts
Chop all the fruits and serve them in a bowl. Then topped it with yogurt and chia seeds. If you like it sweet just put some drops of stevia, maple syrup or honey. Its a simple as that! Enjoy in your healthy bowl! Big kiss
