I grew up in a country where the winters are very cold. Even if I’m not living there anymore, still keep using this recipe from my mother.
Honey with ginger is very good for your digestive issues, cold and flu. Also is called Natural herbal antibiotic. This magic root from South of Asia contain Vitamins B, protein, fiber,antioxidants and many minerals. In combination with honey has a lot of health benefits:
- If you have problem with Asthma, cough, cold and runny nose
- For cancer prevention and chemotherapy
- Morning sickness during pregnancy
- For strength of body’s immune system
- 1 small jar of honey
- 1 root of ginger
Grated ginger mix with honey in a small jar and leave it in a fridge. This combination you can use every day (best time is in the morning), 1 tea spoon ( plastic,bamboo or made by wood) with lemon water, water(room temp.) or cup of herbal tea. Have a healthy winter! Big kiss my readers!
